Now I've lost the plot; I'm not the hero I could be ...

Despite my best efforts, I've had a relatively productive couple of days: Although I didn't get around to my "At Sixes & Sevens" feature for The Great Curve, I did crank out my part for the rundown of Dark Horse's May solicitations; that'll be posted later this afternoon, I guess.

I also designed a DVD jacket -- or do they call it a cover? -- that's now awaiting edits and final art, and I found out that things are moving forward with that gig for which I'll be writing about comic covers. Things are shaping up nicely (and quickly).

On the comics front, I overcame a plot hurdle yesterday for Bad Elements: A Show of Hands. It had felt as if something was missing, but I couldn't figure out what it was; then I realized I needed to add a scene early on to bridge some of the action, if that makes sense.

So, things are going well -- which means, obviously, that disaster will strike at any moment.
